We have technically demanding projects and need you. 

What is your task?

• You will take on all tasks in the DevOps area for our projects.

• You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and agile development for our platforms.

• You will ensure the operation of our platforms and customer projects within the framework of problem/incident management and change management.

• You will build and maintain all staging environments for our platforms and customer projects.

• You will set up and maintain monitoring and performance measurement for all platforms and customer projects.

• You will deliver the releases both to our customers' operations teams and transition them to our own production environments.

• You will work with our support analysts, support engineers, developers, solution architects, and delivery leads in agile teams.

What do we expect from you?

• You have over 5 years of experience in creating operational architectures.

• You have very good knowledge of managing GitHub or GitLab for SCM.

• You are very familiar with operational processes according to ITIL.

• You have very good knowledge in building CI/CD pipelines in GitHub or GitLab.

• You have very good knowledge in administering Linux-based systems.

• You have very good knowledge of container technologies, such as Docker.

• You have very good knowledge in setting up environments with IaC such as Terraform.

• You have very good knowledge of the common IaaS and PaaS in public clouds like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• You can document complex operational architectures in operating manuals.

• You have very good knowledge in building monitoring and operational metrics.

• You are very structured and process-oriented. Your drive is to automate and document complex operational processes.

• You take into account the challenges of security, availability, and continuity in regulated industries in your daily work.

• You are proactive in projects and can deliver consistent and self-organized results even under time pressure. You know JIRA very well.

• You can communicate in English and German at C1 level and maintain friendly and direct communication.
