We have technically very demanding projects and need you. 

What is your task?

• You improve our existing software platforms and implement new features in both the backend and frontend.

• You develop completely new software platforms for our customers from scratch.

• You develop technical interfaces that other platforms or clients can use for integration.

• You develop interfaces used in back-office processes.

• You are involved in creating proof of concepts and technical spikes.

• You collaborate with our solution architect to design the technical roadmap and architecture of our platforms.

• You work with our designers, developers, business analysts, and delivery leads in agile teams.

What do we expect from you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in creating backend systems.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in creating frontend systems.

• You are very proficient in backend technologies like Typescript or NodeJS.

• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new backend technologies and be productive.

• You master frontend technologies like React or Angular and have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the browser.

• You can design and implement interfaces for platforms in GraphQL, REST, gRPC, or WebSockets very well.

• You are very knowledgeable about the basic infrastructure of public clouds, such as those for messaging, storage, auth, and containers.

• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and best practices in DevOps and could set these up as well.

• You have extensive experience with document and SQL databases and can create a sustainable data design for complex systems.

• You are familiar with the use of ML methods in platforms and can develop more complex algorithms in Python or notebooks.

• You are willing to continuously learn new technologies and platforms and to get certified in them.

• You possess excellent analytical skills and can clearly explain your software design proposals to others.

• You are proactive in projects and can deliver consistent and self-organized results even under time pressure. You are very familiar with JIRA.

• You have a very high standard for the quality of your work and ensure this through developer tests and automated integration tests.

• You can communicate in English and German at C1 level and maintain friendly and direct communication.
